¼ cup of Demitri's Bloody Mary Seasonings Classic Recipe
1 cup brown sugar
1 gallon water
¼ cup of your favorite BBQ rub
Bring it up to a boil and allow to cool overnight. Strain and inject just before cooking. Cook Pork Shoulder about an hour per pound. Glaze with your favorite sauce and enjoy.
