| How to Roast Prime Rib: - Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees.
- Brush a thin layer of vegetable oil onto the prime rib.
- Season with a good amount of salt and pepper or Lawry’s Steak Seasoning.
- Place onto roasting pan and put in oven for 15 minutes to sear.
- Brush on ½ cup of Demitris Bloody Mary Seasoning.
- Turn oven down to 250 degrees and prop the door open for 5 minutes to allow the hotter air to escape.
- Roast for about 2 hours or until an internal temperature of 130 degrees.
