Demitri's as marinade

Has anyone tried Demitri's as a marinade on Salmon?  If so, which flavor did you use?  How did you prepare it?

How often do you reapply the butter/Demitri's combo while it's grilling?

The best way I've found to use Demitri's on Salmon is to melt some butter, mix in a tablespoon or so of Demitri's Classic recipe and baste the salmon as it cooks. Ideally in a covered grill at about 225F. Low and slow and it'll melt in your mouth. You can also mix Demitri's with mayonaise or sour cream as a super simple side dip.
