2oz packet

I am a little confused. Is the 2 oz packet the same ingredients as all the bottles or is it just dry spices? It seams like some of the recipes call for a dry "seasoning" or is that just the termonology people use to descibe the MIX.

Yes, to answer your question. It's the same, only better. With the packets one can super easily whip up a batch of BM's on the fly and be the hit of the event no matter what it is. I know from experience.

I have a 2 oz. It's the same mix as the bottles. The only dry I know of is the Rim Shot salts but that is just salt not mary mix.
