Classic Mary

Being able to make a really good Bloody Mary lends a certain cred to your image. Not to mention the enjoyment you'll get out of drinking it! Bloody Marys are the classic brunch drink, and are also popular for watching the game, backyard barbecues or sneaking on the plane to make yourself a real Bloody Mary.


Here's all you need:
1-2 teaspoons of Demitri's® All Natural Bloody Mary Seasoning
6-8 oz. tomato juice, V8, or Clamato
1-2 ounces quality vodka (gin and tequila also make great cocktails!)
Ice
Demitri's RimShot Rim Salt
Good-sized lime wedge
Celery sticks or pickled beans or asparagus or a tasty prawn or all of the above!


Gently moisten the rim of a 12-16 ounce glass with the lime wedge, then press into a saucer of Demitri's RimShot Rim Salt. Combine Demitri's Bloody Mary Seasonings with tomato juice, vodka and ice in a shaker-can and shake. Pour the mixture into the glass and garnish with celery, asparagus, bean, bacon or pepperoni or all of the above!! Squeeze the lime wedge onto the top of the drink and serve.

Downtown Mary

A couple of weeks back my wife and I stayed at the Indigo Hotel downtown San Diego (really cool hotel). After a night on the town we awoke for breakfeast and a Mary...first thing the bartender did was pitch how I was in for a treat if I had never had a Demitri's Classic Bloody Mary, he was spot-on. The Best of the Best -- Bloody Marys

My husband and I visited Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q in Prattville, Alabama recently and enjoyed the best Bloody Mary we have EVER had! We also had probably the best bartender we have EVER had. When we complimented Danny, the Bartender, on his wonderful Bloody Mary, he told us the secret: It was made using Demitri's.

Thanks, Danny! You've added much joy to our Bloody Mary consumption by introducing us to Demetri's. If Bob and I were still in business for ourselves, we would work at hiring you. You really spoil your customers!

I recently had a bloody mary at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Tarrytown, NY. It was the best I ever had. I found out they used Demitri's Bloody Mary Mix, so I ordered my own and am now hooked. Thanks!

The ice was still in tact

This past Saturday afternoon my friend and I were in a bar called the Doc Haus in St.Louis, where the bartender mentioned how good the bloody marys were. My friend and I both bartend, so we said, "Ok- we'll each try one." Normally, the ice has mostly melted by the time I get to the half way point with bloody marys, but wow! I have never drank a bloody mary so fast in all of my life. It was gone and all of the ice in the glass was still in tact. Nice work.

Alaska Cruise

My boyfriend and I went on a cruise to Alaska last September. Celebrity cruise lines featured a Bloody Mary Special every morning. I was hooked on day one! Last Summer we had bloody marys at the Majestic in Anacortes, WA. OMG! The bartender used Absolut Pepper Vodka with the Dimitri's. Can't wait to get my own Dimitri's!

I was given a bottle of Dimitri's and a bottle of vodka for Christmas 2008. I will never drink another bloody mary with out your mix. Chilies and peppers is my favorite. Bottoms up !!

Not sure Applebee's is "Officially" using Demitri's, but Applebee's Northwest locations used to use Demitri's for a period of time a few years ago.
Now, I also know a few bartenders keep Demitri's in their bag of tricks to add their own improvements from time to time.    : )

went to the santa fe steak house for lunch and my buddy ordered a big ol bloody mary, it was so good i finished two off myself before leaving. the next time i returned for some i scanned the drink menu and noticed the website. can't wait till i get my bottle and beat santa fe's.

I have told many a friend that the lodge at Crystal Mountain makes the best Bloody Mary in the area. I just found out yesterday what they used and it's Demitri's. Great mix.

We used to play softball in Chicago at Grant Park on Sunday mornings. In most cases we were hurting from the Saturday night before, but we always looked forward to heading to Halligan Bar on Lincoln. This is where they make the best hangover cure in the city of Chicago...Bloody Marys mixed with Demitri's! I've been in love with this mix since the beginning and would put it up against any others. My wife and I are bloody mary enthusiasts. Recently, on a New Year's visit to Hilton Head Island, we stayed at the Westin Hilton Head Resort for the first time. While my wife waited on the beach in 60 degree fog, I strolled up to the bar and ordered two bloody marys. They were the best we ever had. I told the bartender this and on the last night of our stay (after several other visits to the bar) she presented us with two packets of Demitri's mix. Best souvenir ever!!

Best Bloddy Mary In The World

As a retired US Army officer I can tell you I have tasted Bloody Marys around the world. The very best I have ever tasted was in Sherwood, Oregon - USA at a small bar called Captian Ron's. Once I got to know the bartender he turned me on to the mix. It was Demitri's - WOW what a good time we had.
